西餐服务经理 ADD Service Manager(J16588)

工作职责：
1. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

2. Able to train the new coming staffs and trainees
有能力培训新员工和实习生。
3. Demonstrate effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image

4. Spend time at the F&B outlets （during peak periods） to ensure that they are managed well by the respective colleagues and functions to the fullest expectations.
在餐厅区域花时间巡视（高峰时段）以确保员工很好地管理餐厅区域并使各项活动达到满意度。
5. Ensure to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
确保达到月度和年度个人目标和餐厅营业收入。
6. Evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
不断评估当地，国内和国际市场趋势，供应商和其他酒店/餐饮企业营运状况以确保酒店自身经营状况保持竞争力。
7. Communicate on daily operations and quality control with kitchen closely.

8. Encourage colleagues to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.

任职资格：
1.College degree or above, major in hotel/food and beverage management preferred.
大专及以上，酒店/餐饮管理专业优先
2.At least 5 years of experience in high－end hotels or well－known catering enterprises, with at least 1－2 years of work experience in the same position.
5年以上高端酒店或知名餐饮企业经验，至少1－2年同岗位工作经验
3.Familiar with the entire process and F&B safety regulations, possessing management, emergency response, and team leadership skills.
熟悉餐饮全流程与食品安全法规，具备现场管理、应急处理及团队领导力
4.Possess the ability to monitor budgets, control F&B, and labor costs, and be able to assist in formulating annual budgets and food and beverage forecasts
需具备监控预算、控制食品、酒水及人力成本的能力，并能协助制定年度预算与餐饮预测
5.Excellent cross－departmental collaboration skills and ability to handle pressure.

6.Basic English speaking ability
