岗位职责:
Provide leadership and guidance to Front Desk staff during the assigned shift to ensure consistent quality service is provided.
负责当值期间领导前台接待做好各种接待工作,提供一致高效的服务。
任职资格:
1. Over 2 years of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
2年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考。
3. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
