岗位职责:
Manages concierge team member in order to provide special assistance and information about local area attractions to customers and patrons, offering a wide selection of choices and alternatives to ensure guest satisfaction.
对礼宾部进行日常管理,处理部门突发事件。熟知当地及周边景区景点,餐馆,娱乐场所及商务中心,为客人提供个性化服务。
任职资格:
1. Over 3 year of related working experience. preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
三年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考。
3. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
5. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神,执行力强。
6. Must possess good computer literate.
掌握良好计算机技能。
7. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.
擅长于处理宾客关系,能快速有效的应对各种问题。
8. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
以较强的人际交往能力提高客人满意。
9. Learning and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations。
具备一定的观察能力对于紧急突发状况能积极应对
10. Basic mathematical and calculator skill to prepare mathematical calculations without error, e.g . Purchasing tickets for guests.
具备一定的精算能力,如为客户代购机票。
11. Ability to stand, walk and / or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
能持续因工作需要的站立、行走等.
