Job Summary
● Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management and Distribution, the Revenue Manager will drive revenue management capabilities and culture across Accor Greater China hotels.
● Key responsibilities include supporting regional revenue management reporting and analysis, leading revenue management training and onboarding programs, rolling out and optimizing the Revenue Management System (IDeaS).
● This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, project management expertise, training delivery capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hotels, regional teams, and the Accor Central team to foster a consistent, data-driven revenue culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Revenue Management Reporting and Analysis
· Manage regional reporting – daily OTB, weekly market share, and month-end reports.
· Track and enforce Distribution Health Score (DHS) compliance – audit rate parity, flag non-compliance, and drive corrective actions.
· Support hotels with STR compset modifications – guide compset changes, validate against market dynamics, and ensure proper approval documentation and archiving.
· Support regional campaign planning and performance analysis.
· Monitor peak night performance through holiday pace tracking and recommendations.
Revenue Management Training and Onboarding
· Work closely with the Accor Central team to revamp, localize, and enhance regional training curricula, e-learning modules, new hire onboarding program and a formal RM certification program.
· Conduct webinars to cascade best practices, new tools, new SOPs across the region.
· Plan and execute annual revenue management audits across hotels to evaluate performance against established standards and KPIs.
· Act as the owner of all pricing and market segmentation standards. This includes regularly reviewing, revising, and updating reference materials.
Revenue Management System (IDeaS) Rollout and Adoption
· Liaise between hotels, external IDeaS partner, regional team and Central team to ensure efficient execution of each step of the project.
· Provide guidance to hotels on IDeaS contracting, pre-requisite configurations, training, go live and turnaround process.
· Project update and status tracking on a weekly basis and escalate any risk observed.
· Monitor and drive system adoption and share best practice through adoption scorecard tracking, hotel webinars, Q&A, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
· Support the establishment and rollout of a centralized Revenue Management service model in Greater China, in alignment with the global strategic ambition.
· Coordinate with key RM tool partners (e.g., Lighthouse, STR, Intouch, Amadeus) to provide hotels with pricing and contracting guidance, and liaise to arrange training and usage support.
· Support the implementation and deployment of regional commercial strategies to maximize business potential.
· Collaborate with revenue management functions across other Accor business units and at headquarters to support the rollout of global revenue management projects.
· Work closely with the distribution team to ensure consistent delivery of revenue management and distribution practices.
Knowledge and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, with regional or multi-property exposure preferred.
· Proven experience in RM training, system implementation, process design, and audit.
· Experience with major revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, EzRMS, Duetto) is a plus.
