1. Function as primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in planning, organizing and executing activities leading to the training and development of qualified associates.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations and functions of the Training Department.
3. Prepare annual training plan according to training need analysis of each department and the recommendation from the Leadership Team.
4. Design, organize and facilitate training activities and programs according to the training plan and monthly training schedule.
5. Ensure the number of training hours being completed based on Marriott and hotel requirement and maintain an up-to date training records for all managers and associates.
1、支持人力资源总监计划、安排和实施各种活动,以培训和发展优秀员工。
2、组织培训部日常运作。
3、根据部门培训需求和管理层的要求准备年度培训计划。
4、根据培训计划和月度培训日程,设计、安排和实施培训。
5、根据万豪的标准,保证培训小时数的完成。确保经理和员工的培训记录及时更新。
