主要职责Primary Responsibilities :
1、直接向前厅部经理汇报工作,在当班期间,宾客服务经理要协助酒店高级管理层负责整个酒店的运作。宾客服务经理要始终起到表率作用。
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day-to-day operations of Grand-Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai whilst on duty.
2、监督和指导夜间整体酒店所有的运营,其中应包括前厅,保安,工程,客房,厨房,餐厅。与此同时,在日常工作需要时,管理和经营其他前台和宾客关系,承担经理相关责任,提高工作效率。
Oversees and directs all respects of overall hotel operations during the night, which shall include Front Office, Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Food & Beverage. Meanwhile, manage and operate other reception and guest relations, undertake the managers’ responsibilities and improve work efficiency during FO daily work when needed.
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience :
1、性格开朗、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识。
Cheerful personality, down-to-earth work, with a strong sense of service.
2、通晓酒店各项产品、对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及前台工作程度和规范。
Familiar with hotel products, guest policies, types of facilities, equipment and services, as well as the work level and specifications of the front desk.
3、相貌端正,身体健康。
Good looks and good health.
4、热情酒店行业,具有较强的团队精神。
Enthusiastic hospitality industry, with strong team spirit.
