1.负责中式热菜成品的烹制,根据食品的不同风味严格进行多样化烹制,保证菜肴的质量。
Responsible for cooking hot dishes of All Day Dining Restaurant, strictly diversified cooking according to different flavors of food, to ensure the quality of dishes.
2.协助厨师长控制每日申请单和厨房内部转货单。
Assist the Chef to control daily requisition and internal transfer.
3.按照员工的知识和技能标准分配和指派任务。
Assign and assign tasks according to employee knowledge and skill standards.
4.负责热菜部分食品原材料的采购下单与库存管理工作。
Responsible for hot food raw material purchase order and inventory management.
5.负责厨房热菜部分设备与用具的维护、清洁与保养工作;
