岗位职责/职位描述
In your role as Executive Chef, you will be in charge of overall culinary operation, ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the corporate image of the company at all times.
If you are
· Strong at western cuisine and with good understanding of Southeastern Asian food
· Creative and well know Beijing and international F&B trends
· Outgoing and flexible with a very proactive and positive attitude
· With at least 10 years kitchen experience in an international hotel with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; pre-opening experience is a plus

· 具备出色的西餐及东南亚餐烹饪技巧
· 具备参与餐厅革新、新餐厅建设经验者优先
· 具有创造性,熟识北京餐饮市场并能洞察本地及国际餐饮潮流趋势
· 性格开朗,善于沟通,态度积极

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:35-45岁
- 语言要求:英语-精通
- 计算机能力:精通
