As ExecutiveAssistant Manager you’ll provide leadership direction to the hotelsby maximising financial returns, driving development of people, creatingand maintaining memorable guest experiences, executing on brand standards,and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. You mayneed to act as the General Manager in his/her absence.

宾客体验
•与宾客和外界人士互动,包括已有客户及潜在客户、政府官员、旅游业代表、供应商、竞争对手以及当地社区成员
•确保酒店通过出色的宾客服务和设施,达到最高水平的宾客满意度
负责业务
•确保酒店宾客、员工和酒店资产的安全,遵守酒店或业主的政策与规程以及相应法规要求。 负责酒店的外联事务
•担任公关代表,提升酒店和品牌在本地的知名度。
•鼓励团队成员参与社区组织与活动,开发本地业务
•开发并执行各种行动计划,提高环保意识,逐步减少酒店排碳量
•完成其它分配的任务。有时可能要充当值班经理的角色
财务
•协助总经理制定、执行、监管酒店的各项财务与运营计划,确保获得最佳宾客满意度,并提升销售潜力和盈利能力
•提出资产改良建议,优化酒店与公司资产,提升品牌忠诚度
People
•Direct everyday activities, plan andassign work ensuring you always have the right staffingnumbers
•Develop your team and improve theirperformance through coaching and feedback, and create performance anddevelopment goals for colleagues - recognise good performance
•Train colleagues to make sure theydeliver with compliance and to the standards we expect and have the tools theyneed to work efficiently
•Recommend or initiate any HR elatedactions where needed
•Promote teamwork and quality servicethrough daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmentalmanagement
GuestExperience
•Interact with guestsand outside contacts including, , current and potentialclients, government officials, travel industry representatives,suppliers, competitors local community members
•Make sure the hotel delivers the highestlevel of guest satisfaction through superb guest services and amenities
ResponsibleBusiness
•Ensure a safe and secure environment forguests, team members and hotel assets in compliance withthe hotel’s or owner’s policies and procedures and regulatoryrequirements. Maintain relations with outside contacts
•Act as public relations representative toraise awareness of hotel and brand in local community
•Drive team member involvement incommunity organisations, activities and businesses
•Develop and carry out action plans to beenvironmentally conscious by taking steps to reduce the hotel’s carbonfootprint
•Perform other duties as assigned. Mayalso serve as manager on duty
Financial
•Help the General Manager in thedevelopment, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plansfor the hotel to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential andprofitability
•Make recommendations for capitalimprovements to enhance the assets of the hotel and/or company and brandloyalty
