1. Directly response for the Lobby Bar and Lounge area, ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework
of the hotel.

2. Responsible for maintaining the overall welfare of our associates by providing them with the training and resources
needed to take care of our guests.
负责通过给员工提供培训和服务客人所需要的资源 来维持全面的员工福利。
3. Achieve departmental budget goals and maximize profitability through increased revenue and responsible, efficient
cost management.
实现部门预算目标，通过增加收入以及有效的成本管理来最大限度的实现利润。
4. Good relationship with guests. And make sure got solid market share.
