招聘:
1.负责招聘面试及新员工入职直至完成试用期等人事事宜
2.员工劳动续签事宜
3.协助部门经理掌握并理解当前人力资源政策及知识
4.协助准备及管理部门预算
薪酬:
1.酒店各部门员工的考勤管理工作审核
2.员工的工资职位的调整和审核
3.每月员工工资表及日常员工离职工资表的制作和统计
4.协助对员工奖惩的审核,日常单据整理汇总
5.员工社保工作和办理员工团体保险及劳动保险加退保及变更手续等具体工作的经办
培训:
1.制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度
2.协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析
3.负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作
4.负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训
5.收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作
Recruit:1. Responsible for personnel matters such as recruitment interviews and new employee entry to the completion of the probationary period2. Employee labor renewal3. Assist department managers to master and understand current HR policies and knowledge4. Assist in the preparation and management of the department's budgetC&B:1. Review the attendance management of employees in various departments of the hotel2. Adjustment and review of employees' wages and positions3. Preparation and statistics of monthly employee salary table and daily employee turnover salary table4. Assist in the review of employee rewards and punishments, and sort out and summarize daily documents5. Handling of employee social security work and handling of employee group insurance and labor insurance plus surrender and change proceduresTraining:1. Formulate and improve the training management system of the hotel2. Assist superiors to analyze the daily training needs of all departments in the hotel3. Responsible for the induction training of new employees. Invite external personnel to come to the store for training service4. Responsible for the training of public foreign languages, industry quality awareness and hotel rules and regulations for all hotel staff5. Collect quarterly and monthly training plans and preliminary review work of each department
