To liaise with Training Manager and HRM/Personnel
Manager on orientation program and follow-up required for new associates.

To liaise with Hotel schools and other recruitment
institutes for recruitment of trainees.
联络酒店职业学校和其他院校以招收实习生;
5.
To maintain and update personnel records on new
hires, promotions, transfers, separation salary adjustment and labor turnover.
保存及更新员工的聘用、升职、调职、离职的工资调整以及人员流动的记录;
6.
To compile monthly report data on staff movements,
absenteeism and turnover rates of the Hotel.
收集酒店每月员工调动资料、出勤率和流动率;

To conduct exit interviews for all departing staff
to record their feedback upon the absence of HRM/Personnel Manager.

Assist to handle staff grievances and co-ordinate
with the department heads or supervisors concerned.

To recommend disciplinary action against any breach
of Hotel Regulations by the staff.

To assist in the processing of annual staff
performance appraisals.

To recommend, arrange and follow through the
details of associate sports and recreation activities e.g. staff birthday
party, sports events, staff outings, etc.
推荐、安排及跟办员工文娱体育活动的具体事宜,如员工生日会,运动会和员工郊游等活动;

To assist in the preparation of data needed for the
annual departmental budget.
协助准备每年部门预算所需资料;
13.
To assist expatriate associates in applications of
all documents required by the relevant regulation.

14.
To perform duties and special projects assigned by
Director of Human Resources.
