1.Tounderstand and follow up hotel policies, departmental rules, and SOP.

2.Tomake regular sales calls to all accounts under his/her. Daily visit 4-5 clientsto different companies.

3.Toresearch on new and potential accounts and explore their full potential.

4.Toplan sales calls properly to maximize the results.

5.Toentertain clients regularly and conduct hotel inspections. Weekly ENT 3 clientsand invite 2 clients for hotel inspections.

3) Follow-upon deposit. 跟进押金。
4) Tohandle correspondence to agent / incentive organizer. 处理第三方代理和会议组织者的邮件。

13.Tooversee that group orders are routed to all departments concerned.

15.Reportnew trends in the market and work with the Commercial Director/ CommercialManager/ DOS/ ADOS in reviewing the strategy in a timely manner.

16. Tosubmit Sales weekly sales plan and sales report.
