岗位职责:
1、全权负责宴会房间的布置是否依照宴会单
Fully responsible for the layout of the banquet room according to the banquet list
2、要随时注意到客人所遇到的问题并及时解决问题,无论事情的大小。
Always pay attention to the problems encountered by guests and solve them in time, no matter how big or small the problem is.
3、确保用具和设备正确的被使用。
Ensure appliances and equipment are used correctly.
4、要求能够在服务过程中及时配合其它部门的需求
Be able to meet the needs of other departments in the service process
5、具有积极合作的精神。以热心的态度对待所有的工作,并乐于借助一切机会学习技能以便于改进自己的工作表现。
Have a positive and cooperative spirit. Approach all tasks with enthusiasm and take every opportunity to learn skills to improve your work performance.
6、具有极强的应变能力。反应迅速并以积极的态面对需求的改变,包括任何工作要求的改变。

7、处理客人的细小投诉,并向经理或副经理汇报,以便采取正确行动
Handle minor complaints from guests and report them to the manager or deputy manager for proper action.

Qualifications Required
6、2-3年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验
2-3 years working experience in the same position in other five-star hotels
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:25-35岁
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:良好
