1、Checks a maximum of 80 rooms in an 8-hour shift for quality and consistency making sure they meet specified standards of cleanliness.

2、Communicates with Executive Housekeeper or Assistant daily.
每日与客房部管家或助理管家交流情况。
3、Answers guest questions by having a full knowledge of hotel facilities.

4、Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times
始终保持工作区域干净整齐。
5、Ensure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition.
保证所有设备保持良好的工作状态。
6、Co-ordinates with other departments any work necessary to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the Hotel.
与其它部门合作完成任何必要的工作，以保证酒店的高效运转。
7、Reports any suspicious persons to Security department immediately.
