1、 负责宴会和会议部的组织安排和计划工作。
2、 负责属下员工的服务技巧和实务操作培训。
3、对宴会所用器材进行维修和保养,负责宴会部各类用具、器皿的保管。
4、 督察员工的工作态度、仪表和纪律。
5、 负责宴会部员工的考勤,根据员工的工作表现,对员工进行评估。
6、主持参加宴会工作会议和小会,统筹安排宴会的现场布置及服务工作,确保客户满意。
7、 与酒店各部门保持良好的沟通,对工作中需改善之处,提出合理的建议。
8、 检查宴会部各工作场地的卫生,确保宴会的布置安排与任务单相一致。
Job Responsibilities/Job Description
1. Responsible for the organization, arrangement and planning of the banquet and conference department.
2. Responsible for the service skills and practical operation training of subordinate employees.
3. Repair and maintain the equipment used in the banquet, and be responsible for the storage of all kinds of utensils and utensils in the banquet department.
4. Inspector the work attitude, appearance and discipline of employees.
5. Responsible for the attendance of the employees of the banquet department, and evaluate the employees according to their work performance.
6. Host the banquet work meeting and the small meeting, and coordinate the on-site layout and service of the banquet to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain good communication with all departments of the hotel and put forward reasonable suggestions on what needs to be improved in the work.
8. Check the hygiene of each work site of the banquet department to ensure that the arrangement of the banquet is consistent with the task list.
