Your day to day 日常职责
1.Perform entry-level human resources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s Human Resources programs and philosophies. Provide basic employee assistance, often serving as initial point of contact for human resources-related matters.
执行初级的人事和行政工作,支持酒店的人力资源计划和理念。提供基础的协助,通常是人力资源相关事宜的首要联系人。
2.Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
确保员工和经理了解人力资源的规章制度。
3.Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers
确保能够随时为员工和经理提供与行业规定相关的信息。
4.Maintains HRMS related including attendance, data input, etc.
维护人事管理系统日常,包括考勤、员工数据输入等。
5.Register colleagues in the government system in time and make sure the social/housing fund accuracy.
及时在政府相关网站完成招工,社保、公积金等相关操作。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
1.Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

3.Good writing skills

4.Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

5.2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related
experience.
