OPERATIONS
1.
Assist ADD manager preparation
of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques
to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
协助西餐厅经理通过回顾和预测的方法,准备部门的年度预算。
2.
Accurately forecast business
demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production
精确预计生意情况并有效安排员工和食品。
3.
To ensure the efficient
scheduling of management & associates.
确保有效的安排所有人员的排班表。
4.
To ensure the awareness
& enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.
确保了解和执行万豪酒店的标准和程序。
5.
Enforce operational
Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
确保运营标准周期性的回顾和更新。
6.
Be responsible for
maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终保持部门的安全和卫生随时达到标准。
7.
Enforce Marriott’s 70-point sanitation checklist
by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的70项卫生清洁标准,每月以该标准对部门进行检查。
8.
Be responsible for asset
management of all outlet property & facilities.
负责部门固定资产的管理。
9.
Conduct a preventative
maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
做好每月预防性的检查工作。
10.
Enforce Marriott’s
Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。
11.
Above all, to lead by
example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.
要成为员工的榜样、深入到员工之中去引导员工取得成功。
12. Assist ADD manager and Chef to compile the regular and promotional menus in
a costly manner.
协助西餐厅经理和总厨进行日常菜单和增进菜单的编写。
13. Set
up a system to monitor the inventory of China, Silver & Glass daily and
lock them properly.
建立每日核查瓷器,银器,玻璃器皿的系统,并妥善保管。
HUMAN RESOURCES 人力资源
1.
Develop and implement
management training plans for subordinate managers and supervisors on a
quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.
与人力资源部共同制定和实施对下级经理、主管的季度管理培训计划。
2. Conduct a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program & Taste Panel.”
实行部门每天十五分钟的培训和试餐。
3. Be
responsible for the execution of all associate performance reviews in a
professional and timely manner.
从专业的角度为所有的员工做工作评估。
2.
Be responsible for all
aspects of associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction
with the ADOFB.
与餐饮部经理和餐饮总监共同负责所有与员工有关的事宜,包括招聘、培训和处罚员工。
3.
Conduct an effective monthly
associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the GM, F & B and
HRD.
每月组织有效的员工会议,要有相关会议记录并抄送给总经理、餐饮总监和人力资源总监。
4.
To supervise the completion
& critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.
监督每周编辑工资(考勤)报表。
5.
Practice “open door” policy
to all associates.
运用“开放”的态度对待所有员工。
6. Have monthly Rap Session for the all
trainees and associates to understand their concerns to retain.
每月对所有员工和实习生进行一对一的访谈,了解他们的需要。
ADMINISTRATIVE 行政
1.
Be responsible for all
accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
负责所有财务的程序在本部门得到执行。
2.
Be responsible for the accurate
supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with
Accounting and HRD.
通过与会计和人力资源部的工作,确保员工工作时间和薪水准确无误。
3.
Periodically plan outside
associate’s activity to promote teamwork.
定期计划员工社外集体活动以促进团对精神。
4.
Promote positive inter-departmental
relations through candid communication and cooperation.
通过坦率的交流与合作促进部门内部的关系。
5.
Respond to guest inquiries
or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
对于顾客的询问/关注,应在24小时内予以适当的答复。
6.
Perform any reasonable
request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
在不涉及生命安全和违反法律的情况下,完成管理层布置的其他工作任务。
7.
Complete
the yearly Associate Opinion Survey, Annual Appraisal and Leadership
Performance Process in a timely manner.
及时协助完成每年的员工意见调查,年终评估和领导成绩评估工作。
MARKETING 营销
1.
Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive
programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.
了解所有的万豪奖励计划和与之相关的记分程序.
2.
Develop & execute plans
and actions for the marketing of the outlet.
制定营销计划并把他推向市场。
3.
Be aware of competitors in
the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
了解竞争对手,每个季度作一次市场竞争分析报告。
Safety Awareness 安全提示:
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report
all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution
when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规,与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前,确保已了解了安全说明
Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
