1.The Commis chef is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food as per his given instructions according to the established standards.

2.Cooks, prepares and bakes food for associates as per the standard recipes
根据烹饪标准为员工准备、烹饪及烘焙食物
3.Guides subordinates in the preparation and presentation of dishes

4.Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.

5.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生、穿着、制服
6.Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.
保证正确并且安全地使用设备、机器和工具
7.Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, fridges and freezers.
时刻保持厨房、仓库、冰箱和冷冻室里食物的高标准性
8.Makes sure that all food items are received, checked and stored correctly
确保所有食物正确地接受、检查和储存
9.Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage
保证所有厨房里的设备正常操作,并且上报任何错误和损坏
