Service Leader - Hygiene & Sanitation 宾客服务主管 - 食品卫生

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Hygiene & Sanitation to join our EO team.

Regularly review cleaning records and cleaning status of all equipment and verify the procedures for cleaning and disinfecting tableware.

Conduct training on hygiene practices in food preparation.
进行食品准备方面卫生操作的培训。
Review the supplier audit planformulated by the procurement department, implement on-site supervision and audit, and assist in completing the annual supplier evaluation.
检查采购部制定的供应商审核计划, 并实施现场监督审核，协助完成供应商年度评估。
Implement the process according to the HACCP operating procedures and conduct hazard analysis on various types of food.
按 HACCP 操作程序实施流程，对各种食品进行危害分析。
Comply with the arrangements of superiors and fulfill the tasks assigned by leaders.
服从上级领导的安排，完成领导交代的任务。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
能流利地用英语（和当地语言）进行交流和写作
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
具有国际五星级酒店集团的相关经验为佳
Good computer skills in relevantworking systems
良好的电脑操作技能
Have a qualified training certificate in hygiene and food safety control

Familiar with international hotel HACCP and food safety management systems will be better
