业务及职责DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 监督所有预订部员工的日常工作及酒店政策的执行
Supervises all reservations personnel and administers all reservations policies and procedures for the hotel
2. 随时维护更新酒店系统和豪生集团中央订房系统中房态及房价的准确性,以便准确向客户反映酒店可提供的房态
Manages and maintains an up-to-date room and rate inventory database for the hotel and Group CRS to provide accurate real-time availability to our guests at all times
3. 向市场销售总监提供最新的信息来制订销售策略。市场销售总监提供客房预测报告、预订进展报告、预订转换率报告、预定拒收报告、竞争者报告和其他必要的报告来对未来三个月的进行预测。
Provide updated information to DOSM to support the sales strategy plan and 3 months forecast meeting by preparing forecast reports, booking pace report, conversion ratio, turndown report, competitive report and any other report as required.
4. 规划系统阐明市场的未来趋势的方法, 提供历史数据来对酒店的收益进行管理以及对酒店未来的房价制订提供参考。(比如,预定拒收分析,预订进展分析,市场趋势分析,市场需求分析,预订取消分析)
Formulate a systematic approach to tracing trends and provide historical data for the purpose of managing room yield and as future reference for rate strategy. (eg..Turndown, booking pace, conversion ratio, shape report business trends, demands, cancellation)
5. 保持高质量的服务水准,及时回复客人。保证所有电话在铃响三声内被接起。
Maintain a high service level by providing a timely response to our customers, ensuring that all telephone calls are picked up no less than 3 rings.
6. 提高电话技能技巧,熟悉酒店的房价策略,促销包价和其他相关信息来保证对可服务的正确性及保持对客服务水准。
Implements a disciplined approach to improving telephone skills, technique and communicating the hotel’s pricing strategy, promotional packages and other relevant information necessary to ensure accuracy and service standards for our customers.
7. 和销售经理、团体销售经理、团体协调员密切合作,安排好团体的房间安排及销售工作。
Works closely with sales manager, group leisure sales / tour co-ordinator on group rooming lights and room block.
8. 和信贷经理协调关于信贷和预订取消收费的事宜。
Co-ordinator with credit manager on all matters pertaining to credit and cancellation of reservation
9. 制定可行的奖励政策来提高酒店的收入。
Set measurable goals by implementing an incentive program to drive incremental revenue.
10. 参加每周的销售会议以及销售总监或其助理安排的其他会议。
Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales or his/her Assistant.
11. 其他工作职责。
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
职位要求JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. 大学商课毕业或相关专业。
College degree in business administration or related discipline.
2. 4年的国际酒店预定管理经验
4 year’s experience in reservations management in an international hotel standard
3. 出众的口才和沟通技能。
Strong oral and communication skill
4. 外表端庄,容易熟悉酒店系统,具有敬业精神,
Dedicated, systems-orientated and personable
5. 熟知中央订房系统,房价、收益管理和订房分发系统。
