【工作职责】
协助经理确保前厅部正常和高效的运作。礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的询问,对于无法立即处理的投诉和提出的问题,应汇报上级,并迅速跟进及时反馈结果。保持与顾客和同事之间良好的合作关系。
【任职要求】
1. 精通电脑操作和前台系统,具备较强的英文听说读写能力和对客服务技巧
2. 拥有良好的沟通交流和人际协调能力
3. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
4. 能适应灵活的班次
5. 具有良好的宾客服务意识和团队协作精神
6. 至少一年以上同岗工作经历

We are looking for Assistant Manager-Front Office.
【Job Responsibilities】
To assist the Manager with the smooth and efficient running of Front
Office Department within the Rooms Division.Handles guest and associate enquiries
in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no
immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. Maintains
positive guest and colleague.
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in computer operation and front desk system, with
strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and customer
service skills
2. Have good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
4. Able to adapt to flexible shifts
5. Have a good sense of guest service and teamwork spirit
6. At least one year of work experience in the same position
