【工作职责】
协助更好的与各个厨房协作,完成酒店的标准服务和达成酒店的商业目标。严格监督食品的质量和数量,保证出品质量。按菜式规定,烹制各种菜式。
【任职要求】
1.持有厨房资格证
2. 基本的计算机技能
3. 有丰富的技能培训经验
4. 全面了解厨房卫生规范和职业健康与安全
5. 至少一年以上同岗工作经验

【Job Responsibilities】
Assist in better collaboration with various kitchens to achievethe hotel's standard service and achieve the hotel's business goals. Strictlysupervise the quality and quantity of food to ensure the quality of products.Prepare a variety of dishes according to the regulations.
【Job Requirements】
1. Holds a qualification in Kitchen
2. Basic Computer Skills
3. Effective trainer, experienced in the delivery of skillstraining
4. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices andoccupational health and safety
5. At least one year of work experience in the same position
