【工作职责】
确保餐饮部所有餐厅和宴会依照酒店标准成功运作并独立盈利。负责餐饮部行政管理工作，制定并实施餐饮经营的所有计划。负责餐饮部所有餐厅和宴会品牌维护、收益和员工管理，带领餐饮团队提供高标准的服务。
【任职要求】
1.具备丰富餐饮业务知识，数量掌握管理技巧及服务标准
2.至少需要在奢侈品牌酒店工作二到四年的经验
3.优先考虑的条件是在凯悦国际酒店有工作经验

We are looking for Director of Food & Beverage
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensure all F&B outlets and banquet operate successfully in accordance with hotel standards and achieve independent profitability. Oversee the administrative management of the Food & Beverage Department, formulating and implementing all operational plans for F&B. Responsible for brand maintenance, revenue generation, and staff management across all F&B outlets and banquet venues, leading the F&B team to deliver high-standard service.
【Job Requirements】
1.Must be proficient in knowledge and skills related to Food & Beverage Management.
2. Minimum two to four years work experience in a luxury brand hotel.
3. Preferable prerequisite is experience in Hyatt International.
