招聘岗位:前厅部副经理
【工作职责】
确保前厅部、商务中心、宾客服务部、礼宾部、嘉宾轩按照凯悦国际的品牌标准高效,顺利的运营。协助准备并更新前厅部运营手册。保持房务部服务标准在部门经理的领导下积极主动地工作。
【任职要求】
1. 擅长于处理宾客关系,能有效快速的应对处理各种问题
2. 具备较强的中英文对客服务沟通能力
3. 熟悉使用前台系统和前厅部各分部工作流程
4. 至少两年以上同岗工作经验

We are looking for Assistant Front Office Manager
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the Front Office, Business Center, Guest Services, Concierge, and Grand Club in accordance with the brand standards of Hyatt International.Assist in preparing and updating the Front Office Operations Manual.Maintain the service standards of the Housekeeping Department and work proactively under the leadership of the department manager.
【Job Requirements】
1. Proficient in handling guest relations and able to effectively and quickly address various issues
2. Possess strong communication skills in both Chinese and English for guest services
3. Familiar with the opera system and the workflow of various sections within the Front Office
4.Have at least two years of relevant work experience in the same position
