1.Previous leadership experience in the Culinary field required.
2.Journeyman’s papers or international equivalent preferred.
3.Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
4.Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications an asset.
5.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable.
6.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
7.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
8.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
