1.    Prepares in advance food, material and equipment needed for the service
2.    Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP
3.    Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled .
4.    Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
