1. According to main kitchen brand standard, maintain the product and service standard.
按照制定的标准,使厨房所提供的食品和服务始终保持高标准;
2. I am responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and creating a safe and accident-free environment.
每一位员工都有责任在其工作区域关注食品安全,无论是通过保持记录、安全食品的准备、存储、服务、培训、监测、沟通、促进或改善食品安全等;
3. Checks and follow-up on the mise-en-place of the ala carte menu and daily menus, seasonal specials.
很好地了解食品服务技巧和菜单内容;
4.I am proud of my professional appearance, language and behavior.
确保整洁、职业化的个人形象符合饭店的仪表着装标准;
5. Correct usage of all equipment, tools and machines.
熟练掌握厨房电器设备的使用方法,操作时要注意安全防范;
6. Maintenance of all HACCP aspects and FSAA standard within the hotel operation.
进行食品操作时,执行饭店制定的有关卫生程序;
7. Close working relationship with the Stewarding to ensure high cleanliness and breakages.
确保设备的正确使用和清洁,以延长设备使用寿命,防止损坏;
8. Purchase and control of produce and energy.
节约食品、纸张、电和水、煤气等用量。
9.I am always responsive to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
我永远积极回应客人表达的或者没有表达出的愿望和需求。
Required Qualifications 任职要求
1. More than 3 years professional experience beyond the degree
具有至少三年以上相关工作经验。
2. Working experience in similar five-star international chain hotel is preferred.
具有同等国际连锁星级酒店工作经验者优先。
3.Teamwork spirit
团队精神。
4.Working under pressure
有一定的抗压能
