Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. To support Chinese Restaurant Manager to be responsible for the daily supervision of the restaurant, concentrating on service procedure and quality of product.
协助中餐厅经理负责餐厅的日常监督,重点关注服务流程和产品质量
2. To maintain a close customer contact to ensure satisfaction and recognition of regular guests.
保持与客户的密切联系,确保常客的满意和认可
3. To supervise the service within the restaurant, to ensure that the service standards, quality of product, staff grooming are with all operational policies and hotel standard
监督餐厅内的服务,确保服务标准,产品质量,员工仪容整洁符合所有的运营政策和酒店的标准
4. To assist the restaurant manager in spot checks of the restaurant to ensure that all repairs and maintenance has been carried out, reporting any new areas that need attention
协助餐厅经理对餐厅经行定期检查,确保所有的维修和保养工作都已经完成,并及时报备任何需要跟进的维护及保养
5. To ensure BSA(Brand Standard) required forms for training and hygiene are maintained and filed appropriate.
确保BSA(品牌标准)所需的培训和卫生表格得到妥善维护和归档
6. To conduct training and skills development programs, such as Lobster Ink, 15 Minutes Training, English Training, Service Excellence Training, Up-selling training (file and advise from DFB), daily Taste Panels and Menu Classes etc. to ensure well trained staff offering excellent service to the guest at all times.
开展培训和技能培训,15分钟培训,英语培训,服务技巧培训,销售培训,每日菜单培训及尝试菜品,确保训练有素的员工随时为客人提供优质服务
