职位说明 Job Description:
1. 在前台提供礼貌和高效的服务。
Provide courteous and effective services at the Front Desk.
2. 为到达和离店客人办理登记和退房手续。
Perform registration and check-out procedures on all arrival and departure guests.
3. 在账单系统中修正、更新住店客人的活页档案。
Modify and update the respective folios of the hotel guests in the Opera system.
4. 正确地安排到达客人所需要的房间。
Ensure proper room assignment with the preference of the arrival guests.
5. 根据“团队指引”,为到达和离店团队作好所有必需的准备。
Prepare all necessary arrangement on all arrival and departure groups according to the "Group Instruction".
6. 保证按管理层要求做好每日报表和统计表。
Ensure all daily reports and statistics are generated according to the management requirements.
7. 保证每个备用金有足够的流通现金,并经常进行检查以免短缺。
Ensure sufficient cash float in each service wicket and check constantly to avoid shortage.
8. 分别与有关公司/旅行社再次确认所有的到达预订。
Re-confirm all arrival reservations with respective parties.
9. 严格控制所有的客房钥匙,如有异常应向前台主管/宾客服务经理汇报。
Maintain strict control on all the guestroom keys and report any irregularities to the Reception Supervisor / Guest Service Manager at once.

- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-精通
