MAJOR FUNCTION 主要职能 :
The team leader’s main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous service. The team leader is accountable for sales and profitability.
主管的主要职责是促进和确保客户满意度,通过他/她的能力来建立和维护一个强大的团队环境,把重点放在员工的满意度,有礼貌的服务。在他/她的领域里负责销售和利润。
JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :
Minimum of two years of food service or related hospitality management experience.
2年以上的餐厅管理经验。
Demonstrated leadership qualities
能体现管理者的素质。
Demonstrated strong work ethic.
有较强的理论知识。
Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills. English proficiency is a plus.
有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。熟练运用英语和中文。
