To supervise Front Officeassociates to ensure that they are adhering to all hotelpolicies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guestsatisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professionalmanner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of allconcierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guestoriented.

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1.Minimum 6 years Front Desk experience with at least2 years of Front Desk Supervisory experience.至少6年前台工作经验及至少2年以上主管经验。
2.Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitalityskills.有好的沟通能力和对客服务的技巧。
3.Demonstrated leadership qualities. 有良好的领导能力。
4.Demonstrated communication skills. Fluently inEnglish and Mandarin.较好的沟通能力,流利的英文和中文。
5.Minimum graduated from College.大专学历以上。
