As a Service Leader-ADD Cold Kitchen, we rely on you to:
作为酒店西厨冷菜主管,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1.Be capable of arranging dishes and table decorations for buffets and cocktail parties.
2. Familiar with the menu, food purchase prices and dish prices, and capable of independently creating new dishes.
3. Master the knowledge of cost accounting, professional knowledge of special cold dishes and the use of kitchen equipment.
4. Be familiar with the overview of the customer base and proactively adjust the food as needed.
1.能编排冷餐会和酒会菜品及摆台装饰。
2.熟悉菜牌,食品采购价格及菜品价格,能独立创做新菜品。
3.掌握成本核算知识、特色冷菜专业知识及厨房设备使用知识。
4.熟悉客源概况,根据需要主动调节食品。
