• Be responsible for the calculation, salary grade audit & recheck and timely issuing of staff salary and bonus.

• Calculates and applies for trainee monthly allowance.

• The calculation and audit of overtime work payment and submit it for approval.

• Prepares deduction records.

• Maintains and backups salary data, fills monthly payroll list.
工资数据的维护与备份,工资册的保存。
• Statistics, audit and submission of salary breakdown, salary statistics and the other related salary reports.
对工资明细表、工资汇总表、工资相关数据的统计、审核与上报。
• Other related salary issues.

• Supervise each department to submit the Attendance Record on time to HR Office.
监督各部门按时提交考勤记录表。
• Be responsible for the audit of monthly attendance record and bringing it into salary calculation system.
负责每月考勤情况的审核,并将其纳入工资计算体系。
• The regular inspection and spot check of staff attendance status.
负责员工考勤的定期检查及抽查工作。
• Maintenance of employee Annual leave/sick leave etc.
员工年假、病假及其他假期的管理。
• Be responsible for the filing and keeping management of the Attendance Record of all the departments.
负责各部门考勤记录表的存档保管工作。
• Regularly spot check the Punch In/ Punch out record of the employees.
定期检查员工的上/下班刷卡纪录。
• Audit of various social insurance payment base and make confirmation with employee.
负责各项社会保险缴费基数的核定,并与员工确认社会保险基数。
• Handles employee insurance entering and transferring formalities.
办理员工参保、转移手续。
• The calculation of social insurance monthly payment and timely completion & submission of the monthly report.
负责各项社会保险月缴费的计算及月报表的按时完成与提交。
• Handles employee insurance changing and supplement formalities.
办理变更、补缴手续。
• Reimbursement medicine expenses.
医药费报销。
• Maintains and updates social insurance management system.
社会保险管理系统的维护。
• Supervision the achievement of collection of all social insurance required documents.
监督完成办理社保所需资料的收集汇交。
• Other related social insurance issues.
各项社会保险其他相关工作。
• Maintains good relationship with other hotel, leads hotel industry market compensation &benefit surveys, make proposals for adjustments in line with market movement.
与相关酒店建立良好联系,了解市场同行业薪酬福利状况,提供调整意见。
• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.
定期与员工交流,维持良好的关系。
• Explains and offers consulting of C&B policy and regulation to employee in combination to national policy and hotel actual situation.

• Participate in hotel recruiting project.
参与酒店招聘项目。
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of recruitment website online recruitment.
负责维护管理招聘网站在线招聘工作。
• Communication with recruitment organization, AD quotation & draft, as well as position vacancy update.

• Signing Contract of approved recruitment AD and cheque requisition, invoice and relevant documents (Business License photocopy) management.

• Online refresh recruitment Ads on a daily basis.

• Management of position vacancy and revised the weekly vacancy report.

• Revised the vacancy information of the notice board

• Set up CV database, file and manage the resume of candidates.

• Interview coordination and arrangement of relevant department.

• After the second interview, check the requires documentations, and send it to Hotel management for approval.
部门面试合格后,检查入店前各项所需文件并报管理层审批。
• Inform the candidate to make health examination
通知候选人体检。
• Preparation for new hired staff join-in.
被聘用人员入店前的准备工作。
• Assistant of preparation for the internal staff transfer.
协助被内部聘用人员转岗前的各项准备工作与文件。
• Check, registration, submission for approval, taking back of personnel requisition form and effective date confirmation.
核查、登记、报批及收回人事申请单并确认生效日期。
• Sealing, filing and drawing labour contract for new hired regular staff.
制作正式工劳动合同,盖章并存档。
• Check and launch the name list of whose labour contract or probation period will be expired by the end of next month; The distribution, collection and submission for approval of the performance evaluation forms.
每月核查并向相关部门发布下月底正式工劳动合同到期及试用期到期人员名单; 评估表发放、回收及报批。
• Renew or termination procedure handling of regular staff whose labour contract expired. Have the notification of labour contract non-renew or termination arrived to the staff 30 days in advanced.
正式工劳动合同到期人员的劳动合同续签及解除手续;不续签或解除人员的通知书应提前30天送达员工手中。
• Sealing、filing and drawing labour agreement for casual staff.
制作临时工用工协议,盖章并存档。
• Renew or termination procedure handling of casual staff whose labour agreement expired.
临时工协议到期人员的续签及解除手续。
• Assistant the recruitment manager in establishing school-enterprise partnerships, visiting schools, colleges and universities, and maintaining relationships with schools and interns.
协助招聘经理建立校企合作,拜访学校,学院和大学,维护与学校和实习生的关系。
• Interview arrangement.
安排部门与实习生面试。
• Management of Internship Agreement and all the trainees` files.
管理所有实习生协议及档案。
• Probation confirmation procedure handling of the trainees.

• Issuing of staff uniform requisition, meal card and staff locker.

• Issuing of staff name tag and staff ID card, making record.

• Answer staff queries regarding recruitment and employment, receive exterior applicants.

• Achieve daily work by communicating with each department.

• Analyse training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments and develop strategies which address needs. Presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the Human Resources Manager and other Executive Committee for review.

• Familiarise yourself with the Artyzen HR and Training Standards, localizing where necessary.

• Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:

o Fire, Life and Safety Training消防安全培训;

o Employee retraining员工的重新培训;
• Monitor the progress of the Training Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.
监督部门培训计划的进行情况与结果。
• Analysis and summarize hotel training report each month to make sure training programme can meet hotel operation needs.
每月分析及总结酒店培训报告,确保酒店培训课程能够满足酒店运营培训需求。
• Establish the training library of books, videos, journals and audio-visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development.
建立培训资料库,收集书籍、录影、等资料以协助培训员进行培训课程并为员工的自我开发创造条件。
• Attend departmental training session and critique departmental cultivators’ performance.
参加部门培训课程并评估部门导师表现。
• Use Artyzen benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. E.g.: CAPS, GSI, and achievement of budget, etc.
使用雅辰衡量标准监督培训课程的成功并适时地修改。达到预算等目标。
• Assist Department cultivators in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
帮助部门导师准备并实施部门培训并相应地评估结果。
• Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training.
获得培训专职人员的联系网络,以帮助培训课程的实施。
• Produce monthly Training Programmes Matrix Reports including:

o Name of participants参加者;
o Number of participants参加人数;
o Duration of the training培训的时间;
o Trainer培训者;
o Training Cost (including labour costs)培训的花费;
o Anticipated return on investment and/or training goal培训目标和预期的回报;
• Liaise with other Artyzen Learning & Development to share experiences and resources.

• Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses.

• Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials.

• Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department directors.

• Observe in-house training and provide timely feedback and constructive suggestion to Human Resources Manager.

• Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

• Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations

• Handle employee benefits related issues, such as the purchasing and distribution of festival gifts, etc.

• Take the responsibility of HR fixed asset management, including purchasing, storage, maintenance, inventory etc.
负责人力资源部固定资产管理, 包括采购、储存、维修、盘点等。
• Assist Department Director to decorate the back of house to create Artyzen culture.
协助部门总监装饰员工后区并创建雅辰文化。
• Assist directors of department to make and implement the Procedures and Polices as per management’s requirement.
协助部门总监制作并实施管理层要求的程序与政策。
• Implement Employment Satisfaction Survey as when required.
按要求进行员工满意度调查。
• Explain and provide advice on C&B policy and regulations to employees as according to local regulations and the company’s actual situation.
向员工解答有关福利、保险等方面的咨询,解释公司的相关规定。
• Complete other tasks assigned by HRM.
完成人力资源经理交代的其他任务。
