1.负责员工日常招聘工作,建立用工渠道及人才储备库,
2.负责办理普通员工的入职、离职手续, 及人事变动的审核工作,
3.合理调配度假村的人力资源,并提出有效的建议和意见,
4.负责各部门人员编制的审核工作,
5.完成人力资源总监安排的其他工作。
1. Responsible for the daily recruitment of employees, the establishment of employment channels and talent pool,
2. Responsible for handling the entry and resignation procedures of ordinary employees, as well as the review of personnel changes.
3. Reasonably allocate the human resources of the resort, and put forward effective suggestions and opinions.
4. Responsible for the audit of the staffing of each department,
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
