Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of the department are fulfilled.

2.Perform the duties within the framework defined by the norms of the Company and within the Hotel’s internal regulations.
履行由公司的制定职责规范及酒店内部的规章制度。
3.Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.
确保信息的保密。
4.Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the General Manager as required.
根据总经理的要求提供秘书服务。
5.To record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
记录并编译会议纪要。
6.To prepare respective schedules and reports that will be internally distributed or submitted to Accor Head Office laid down by the General Manager.
准备由总经理制定的分发给各部门的时间表及报表,并提交给雅高集团总部。
7.To draft routine or simple correspondence as assigned.
起草日常信件或指派信件的提纲。
8.To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager and EAM, etc.
负责会议记录如早会简要和总经理及行政助理经理的命令等。
9.To type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, report etc.
打印信函,备忘录和报告等。
10.To prepare correspondence such as fax, letter, memo, complimentary voucher, etc as assigned with a coding system for tracking.
做一些通讯工作,如传真、信函、备忘录、免费券等的分配并设置代码系统进行追踪。
11.To open/dispatches mail relative to the division.
按照部门分发信件。
12.To open and dispatch mail that relates to the department.
查看和发送一些关于部门的邮件。
13.To maintain office supplies stock.
负责办公用品的管理。
14.To perform special duties in relation with the division when requested.
需要时协助其他部门的工作。
15.To keep himself acquainted with the General Manager's activities in order to assist in discerning priorities.
确保自己了解酒店总经理的活动安排,以便于协助辨识不同活动的优先性。
16.To arrange appointments for the General Manager, reminds him of appointments and meetings.
安排总经理的约会,并做好会议与约会的提醒。
17.To handle incoming/ outgoing telephone calls and faxes.
处理打入及打出的电话和传真。
18.To handle all contact listings such as Owner contacts, Accor contacts, Hotel contacts and other supplier companies, etc.
处理所有的联系人名单,如业主联系人、雅高集团联系人、酒店联系人和其他供应商等等。
19.To handle the leave application records of all executive and management such as annual, sick, public holiday and Manager and Executive on Duty compensations.
处理所有行政和管理层的请假记录,如年假、病假、法定假期及补休。
20.Update and manage the corporate representation and social media channels as per corporate policies and guidelines. Drive online exposure to hotel website.
按公司政策和指导方针更新和管理集团和社会媒体的渠道,提升酒店在社交媒体上的积极曝光度。
21.Ensure the monitoring and active respond of the corporate social media and review site tool. Ensuring consistent representation of the brand.
确保监控和积极回应企业社交媒体和网站的评论,确保与品牌宣传相一致。
22.Ensures that hotel presence in all approved online distribution websites are up to date and in line with the hotel branding and corporate policies and guidelines
确保酒店在渠道网站上的内容及时更新,并与品牌要求合政策规定一致。
23.Monitors and manages the hotel's online brand sentiment using the reputation monitoring tool to identify operational challenges that affect ratings and report them to senior management and related department for action. Follow up action plan execution accordingly.
利用在线声誉管控工具监控和管理酒店的在线品牌人气,识别影响分数的挑战因素,汇报至管理层及相关部门,以制定行动计划并跟进行动计划完成情况。
24.To perform special duties as required by the General Manager.
完成总经理安排的其他事务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.College degree or above.
大专以上学历
2.Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.
至少2年以上奢华酒店同岗位的工作经验
3.Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
4.With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
5.Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作认真负责,作风正派,处事公正,有良好的素质
6.Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues
具备处理客人与人才关系问题的技巧
7.Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions
具备一定的决策能力、解决问题的能力
8.Adaptable to use computer skill
